Our story
Sweepy Maids was founded in Surrey, BC by cleaning specialist Parth Katyal. Today we clean homes and businesses in 10 markets across three provinces, with more than 10,000 spaces cleaned.

Questions We Often Hear
Do I need cleaning experience?
No. We train you on how Sweepy cleans, quotes and looks after customers. What matters more is a good work ethic and caring about quality.
How much does a Sweepy Maids franchise cost?
The franchise fee and startup cost is $20,000 for a small area, $45,000 for a medium area and $65,000 for a large territory. Full details are provided in our franchise disclosure document.
Will I get a franchise disclosure document before I sign?
Yes. Franchise laws in BC, Alberta and Ontario require us to give you our franchise disclosure document at least 14 days before you sign anything or pay. We encourage you to review it with your own lawyer and accountant.
What support do I get?
Training, help with jobs in your territory, our booking system, marketing support and full Sweepy branding.
